Yes, regular scriptlets are prone to dependency issues, file triggers not so much.

But again, there's no issue here. The lua scriptlets simply *are* different from regular scriptlets in a number of  ways. None of it prevents using them for file triggers. If/when #2635 lands one day, it'll make them a little less different, but there's a whole other can of worms involved in that.
