[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] rpm.execute() and rpm.spawn() seem unsuitable for file triggers (Discussion #4029)

File triggers can be subject to it too depending on the ordering. A crashing file trigger because bash isn't yet installed is just as bad.
