So the thing that we should've done 15 years ago: add RPMTAG_SHORT* names for the 32bit versions, as aliases for the non-qualified names. That would've let people explicitly use the long/short version they need, and then maybe we could've pointed the non-qualified versions to the long tags at some point before now. Argh.
