Nice, this is as minimal as it gets - it mentions the filename on the same line, good idea.

Just a cosmetic nitpick: How about formatting it this way:

```
Dumping file: /foo/bar/rpmbuild.env
```

This would seem more in line with the other messages we print, and would make more sense if we ever decide to dump some other files.
