[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Is repeated usage of -f in %files supported? (Discussion #4031)

Hi, I have recently seen this:

```
%files -f %{name}.lang -f %{pyproject_files}
```

And I was supposed that it worked. Is that purely accidental, or a supported behavior of `%files -f`?
