[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Fix verify element sorting (PR #4043)

The V6 signatures are listed below the older ones, which is because `sinfo->sigalgo` is `0` for those and thus they get sorted last. Not sure if that's something we'd want to fix, too?

Other than that, LGTM. Feel free to squash those two commits now (unless you plan to do the above). Maybe add a note about the output sorting order now, which is newest (with the highest enum value) first, though.
