Indeed, I just wanted to avoid duplicating "Building" because that's kinda obvious from the utility's name and also doesn't add any new information, as in, for the uninitiated, it may not be super obvious what "building a package" means, whereas  "creating a package" should be more so. But - let's go with "Building", it's the more natural choice anyway :smile:
