[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Convert rpm2archive and gendiff man pages to the new style (PR #3924)

rpm2archive and gendiff aren't related but these are pretty simple and short manuals, so just to avoid a thousand tiny PRs here :sweat_smile:

Some rpm2cpio touches too to bring it more in line with the new rpm2archive look.
