[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] rpmgraph crashes with a segmentation fault (Issue #3925)

pmatilai created an issue (rpm-software-management/rpm#3925)

`rpmgraph` seems to crash on all legit input.

Makes one wonder just how long it has done that. I don't recall running this tool in the last 15 years or so, maybe even longer.
