`rpmgraph` is also installed into /usr/lib/rpm, so it's in the same boat here. But unlike `rpmdeps`, it actually is intended to be invoked by "normal" users (rather than called by rpm), so this is actually wrong. It's just that we don't want to move a program that does nothing but segfaults into /usr/bin just now...
