[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Use `std::any_of` instead of a raw loop (PR #3940)

- std::any_of() gets now re-executed for each and every element in tfa[i] instead of just once per i
- the indentation level is off
- the text from the PR description belongs in the commit message instead
- please configure your git user.name (preferably user.email too), we want real names in our changelog (see CONTRIBUTING.md)
