[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] What measure are `-qi`'s "size" attribute's values? (Discussion #3942)

@ffesti, albeit tangential, does `rpm` provide a way to query the size utilised on disk? (I realise that, unless vehemently sandboxed, whatever data it provides isn't guaranteed to be foolproof.)
