[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Rpm v4 and v6 format tests should be pinned (Issue #3956)

pmatilai created an issue (rpm-software-management/rpm#3956)

The "rpm v4 format" and "rpm v6 format" test output can change when the length of the rpm version string changes, so they should be moved to pinned tests. They don't *always* change, and eg just now only the v6 output changes with 5.90.92 -> 6.0.0 whereas this version is reflected in the built v4 packages too. I assume this is due to differences in alignment, but dunno.
