+The values of these macros represent the inclusion and exclusion rules. They are

Lol, yep. I read it as "some of them are also *read from*". Which, of course, doesn't make a whole lot of sense (how could an existing tag be used when building a new package from scratch), oops. Thanks for clarifying :smile:
