Yes, rpm itself uses the term scriptlet in most places, just not in an entirely consistent manner. 
Scriptlet is a fine term, no reason to try and undo 30+ years of conditioning on that.

The terminology that we're going with in the man page is that these are all scriptlets. The unconditional ones are scripts, as per the --scripts switch (that's another 30+ years of condioning) and the conditional ones are triggers and file triggers.
