I had some fun pondering the compatibility with other modifiers, especially oneshot: I suppose one might want to have an immutable one-shot macro, but then one-shot by definition pushes another macro on top, violating that principle fundamentally. Rpm could make an exception, but then you end up with all sorts of other weirdness and further exceptions to stuff, so I figure it's just best to not allow one-shot immutable macros at all. At least for now.
