[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Fix wrong operation names used in the syslog plugin (PR #4174)

I don't see a way to automatically test this as it is. Doing that would require running a syslog daemon in the test-environment I suppose? Hence, just manually tested, essentially:
