[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Fix wrong operation names used in the syslog plugin (PR #4174)

Pushed another commit that's not strictly related, but while we're at it: use a sane log identity, which makes it easy to get at the logs with journalctl (-trpm):
