[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Fix regression running Lua scripts from non-rpm generated packages (PR #4191)

Commit 532e6b90652154842fc765f87f60c97f20f7d656 introduced a deprecation warning based on the optional RPMVERSION tag. The Lua-side of the patch does handle that value missing, but the librpm side does not, oops.
