[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Construct rpmstrPool with new instead of xcalloc (PR #4291)

Not sure why the string pool got skipped when converting most such allocations to new, maybe because it needs significant other work too and just the main struct calloc/new didn't seem important enough or something. An interesting case anyway, thanks for spotting and the patch!
