Ack, so that "wins" against RPM_PUBLIC_API declaration. Good, sanity prevails (somewhere) :sweat_smile: 

So yeah the only better assurance is actually ensuring all our symbols are used someplace. Which currently is not the case, although vast majority is. Creating a test-source that tries to call all existing APIs is not very appetizing thought...
