[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] RFE: fine-grained expected failure in the test-suite (Issue #4115)

To capture ideas from chat, perhaps we should have two additional RPMTEST_CHECK variants:
- RPMTEST_CHECK_XFAIL which records the desired output when fixed, and behaves similar to AT_XFAIL but on an individual check level (and so failure doesn't cause the group to fail)
- RPMTEST_CHECK_WRONG which records a current wrong behavior, but behaves identically to RPMTEST_CHECK otherwise - this test will fail when fixed, but the WRONG is a visible flag that this test should just be removed.

Sometimes you want one or the other, and sometimes you might even want both.
