Hmm. I'm wonder if we shouldn't summarize the actual sysusers.d syntax here. The original page does not, but that's only because it can link directly to a web page that does, whereas a man page is expected to live offline. And now imagine you're on a non-systemd based system, and come here looking for the info how to tell rpm about users and groups.
