[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] rpm plugin (Discussion #4080)

Currently, I want to use the plugin mechanism provided by RPM to customize a plugin hooked at `tsm_pre` to perform some trusted verification operations before RPM installation. Since the custom plugin needs to link the `librpm` library and runs during the RPM installation process, does this mean my custom plugin must also comply with the GPL license, requiring it to be open-source, and any other related source code must also be licensed under GPL?
