For a bug report, this is missing some essentials like the version used. I happened to see this was also filed against RHEL 9 and 10 so I assume those are the tested versions. It's not hanging, it just takes a very long time to complete due to the naive implementation in 4.x. Upstream >= 6.0 will run *much* faster.
