[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Add back support for NSS-based user/group resolution (PR #4085)

Pushed a new version of this PR, with the following changes from the previous one:

- Use the empty string in the `rpmug` struct paths to represent the "do NSS lookup" state - this allows us to drop the commit that splits the `rpmug` instance into two
- Add the missing documentation in the man pages
- Split out the commit that fixes the group name lookup regression
- Add back the `files` backend to `nsswitch.conf` in the test
- Adjust the commit messages

Thanks to #4095, this patchset turns out quite simple and small, yay :tada:
