pmatilai created an issue (rpm-software-management/rpm#4097)

In the fakechroot days, it was quite impossible to run Python inside the test-root environment, and so python tests are executed in this halfway mode with dbpath and stuff overridden in macros to avoid touching the actual system. Which made things difficult but there used to be a reason for it, now there is not.

We should make python tests run using the actual container system just like everything else.
