[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Implement support for literal and one-shot macro modifiers (PR #4129)

In the meanwhile convinced myself that stacking (instead of replacing) the one-shot expansion is the way to go, we'll deal with the read-only complications when we come to that bridge (it's in the horizon though). Added an example in the manual now as well.
