FWIW I took a quick look at: https://src.fedoraproject.org/lookaside/rpm-specs-20260304.tar.xz

...and there are a bunch of hits for packages that would be affected by this change (eg. 0ad, adobe-mappings-cmap) but from a quick look it does appear to only be at the end of descriptions (although sometimes blank lines after the comments).

Also things like `7zip.spec` suggest that people know description isn't some special "text only" section in any normal sense of those words.
