[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] docs: document %end marker for spec file sections (PR #4144)

The `%end` marker was introduced in rpm 4.14.0 (RhBug:564613) as an optional way to explicitly mark the end of a spec file section, but it was never documented anywhere in the manual.

This adds a brief description and usage example to the Sections subsection of the spec file format documentation.
