[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Change temp file suffix from ; tid to .tid~ for shell safety (PR #4160)

The transaction temp file suffix is intentionally a special thing that stands out from other files. I don't think we want to change it. 

If you're getting killed rpm transactions regularly, I suggest you look into that issue instead.
