So `mymacro<o>` would expand on first use, cache the result, and immediately expand again? I find that a bit weird. I prefer an implicit `<l>`.

Regarding %global/-e and <o>: I think it should expand at definition time and mark the result as oneshot so that it caches the second expansion at macro use time.
