Like noted in https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/issues/2197#issuecomment-2684286522, there's much more to to multiarch than just generating some dependency strings differently. We might not need to implement everything at once, but there needs to be a coherent plan of the whole before going forward, and we don't have that.
