In addition to resource and time waste on what may be a wrong approach or entirely unwanted feature, AI review should come *last* in the process to avoid biasing the reviewer. Its job is to spot anything us humans may have missed, not to run the show. 

So in addition to disabling automatic AI review, we've disabled community interactions with it too. The assigned PR reviewer will run any AI review manually, for the PR's they deem it appropriate, and review the AI review as well, resolving any unnecessary remarks.
