[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Add statvfs(3) support to the Lua posix module (PR #4324)

Based on initial patch by Bernhard Rosenkränzer, return the "flag" value in a meaningfully testable form instead of a raw integer and add documentation and tests.

glibc supports many more flags than the two specified by POSIX but these seem the most important from RPM POV.
